The SCLC Children’s Services Interest Group helps librarians and other staff exchange information related to providing children’s services.

The Interest Group:

• Serves as a forum for discussion of issues and concerns related to Children’s Services through three structured exchanges;
• Holds one workshop;
• Collaborates and shares resources to plan, promote, and conduct Summer Reading Programs and Summer Learning in member libraries;
• Assists SCLC staff in maintaining and distributing a shared list of children’s programming resources.
